"CAM-AAA-0071 An internal error occurred' when using Kerberos authentication with constrained delegation

Troubleshooting


Problem

After enabling single signon to use Kerberos authentication with constrained delegation, users are getting "CAM-AAA-0071 An internal error occurred" when accessing the environment. 

Symptom

 analytics/logs/gwisapi.log has the following errors:
