Problem
This document describes a method to solve the intermittent issue where the following error message appears when accessng Cognos through the IIS gateway:

Symptom
The following are the symptoms of the issue:
- Error does not occur all the time.
- The issue is fixed by opening a separate browser window/using a private window
- The issue happens through the gateway not the dispatcher
