Troubleshooting
Problem
When you run a build to install Maximo Anywhere, the build fails and you receive a message about a missing version of the Android build tools.
Symptom
You receive this message if you are missing the Android build tools 23.0.3 package:

SDK Manager, and in the Tools section, select the Android SDK Build-tools 23.0.3
package and install it.
