Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to use the Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet Driver CD to upgrade the Broadcom Advanced Server Program (BASP) driver (6.2.11), the Installation application (setup.exe) will appear to have installed the driver. However, when the system is rebooted the driver is still at the original level prior to upgrade attempt.
