Must gather info before opening a case with the GSC:
Application name (i.e. Talent Suite, BrassRing standalone etc.)
Impact > single or multiple users?
SSO user first and last name
SSO username
Error Message
Error Screen shot in PDF or JPEG format
SAML Trace file
