BOEP component of Proventia Desktop triggers on DriveCrypt's executable DriveCrypt.exe.

Question & Answer

Question

Why is the BOEP component of Proventia Desktop triggering on DriveCrypt's executable, DriveCrypt.exe?

Answer

DriveCrypt.exe triggers multiple BOEP events while it is running. These events are false positives and can be ignored. To prevent this false positive from interfering with the use of DriveCrypt, exclude the DriveCrypt executable, DriveCrypt.exe, through the local GUI or SiteProtector Policy.
