Can I identify which User is locked to Modifying Start Center Template ?
The following error message appears when trying to Modify A Template:
1) Open a SQL tool and run the following query:
select * from SCCONFIG where GROUPNAME is null
When a Start Center Template is being modified – a row is inserted into the SCCONFIG table with a GROUPNAME of null.
Log into Maximo as MAXADMIN – click on 'Save Template' or 'Cancel Changes' hyperlink on the opened Modified Template tab:
