BMXAA4211E - Database error number 1 has occurred when creating resource to classification mapping

Troubleshooting

Problem

A BMXAA4211E error occurs when you are creating a resource to classification mapping for a configuration item or asset in the Configure OSLC Resource Mapping dialog in SmartCloud Control Desk.

Symptom

1. Go to Administration > Classifications or Integration > OSLC Providers.
2. Select the action, Configure OSLC Resource Mapping.
3. In the Resource Type and Classifications table, create a resource to classification mapping. (For example, computersystem to ci.vios.)
4. Create another resource to classification mapping that is same as in step 3. (For example, computersystem to ci.vios.).
5. Click OK.

This error is displayed:

BMXAA4211E - Database error number 1 has occurred when operating on CCIOSLCRESOURCEMAP : Unique Id=149. Report the error to the owner of the deployment.

The same error occurs if you try to create a duplicate resource property to attribute mapping for a resource to classification mapping in the Resource Properties and Attributes table.
