Unable to submit a service request in work center
STEPS:
1. Log in to Maximo
2. Select "Submit a Service Request" application
3. Work Center launch and show "BMXAA1649E - A programming error resulted in a null pointer exception"
Symptom
Review the error from chrome development tool
