Troubleshooting
Problem
When a user tries to run the Generate Framework Manager Model extension, they receive a 'BMT-MD-0058 Package is empty' error in the BTMReportNet.log
Symptom
In Contributor:

An error occured while creating the model. See the C:\DOCUME~1\Support\LOCALS~1\Temp\2e\BTMReportNet.log file for more details.
In the BTMReportNet.log:
Action:
SetSecurityViewDefinition failed, skipping...
Reason: BMT-MD-0058
Package is empty.
