Problem

Bad header in CII data causes translator to go into infinite loop

Symptom

You receive data in CII standard.
The map for the data type received contains at least one loop.
One of the data headers for a segment inside a loop is incorrect.
The translator goes into an infinite loop.
There is no specific error message for this issue.
