B2B Sterling Integrator Version Upgrade failed

Troubleshooting


Problem

Upgrading IBM B2BSterling Integrator(SBI) from 5.2.4.2 to SBI 5.2.6.1 through Installation Manager

Symptom

Following is noticed in IIM logs

fails with below error:


Sun 20/11/2016 "Backing up current jdk to jdk_20112016_5362699"

........................................................................

Access is denied.

"Unable to backup jdk directory to jdk_20112016_5362699"


and


deployall:

Deployer completed successfully.

File containing list of directories to be excluded from scanning for

deletions was not found, using Default excludes now.
