AWSITA104E ... The error is "operation failed with error code 127"

Troubleshooting

Problem

The JobManager_message.log file has entries showing that the system resources scan could not be performed and the agent is not sending scan results to the server. With error code 127, either a file or library is not found.

Symptom

Messages:
