Problem

A error message occurrs when open a secured PowerPlay Transformer model (PYI or MDL). The model can be opened. It is not possible to include Access Manager user classes in the model

Symptom

Authentication error. The Access Manager configuration information is incomplete or missing. You can complete the configuration of Access Manager using the Configuration Manager.
