Problem
Customer has the audit log functionality enabled (ticked). However, whenever they make changes (for example, make a data change) these changes do not appear in the audit log.
Symptom
The database has both "Enable tracking of structure change..." and "Enable tracking of data change..." ticked:

However, when they use the audit log to search for 'Data Changes' they get 'No results found!':
