Dear

Thank you for contacting the IBM Global Support Center. Please follow the below instructions to begin the ?Call Center Environment [audio]" assessment:

1. Select the "Start Demo" button in the bottom left hand corner of the demo screen

2. This will bring you to another screen to choose ?Next? option. (The "Rep ID" box will now highlight in Red)

3. On the next screen click on ?Try Now? (The "Login" screen requires you to enter your initials into the "Rep ID" field)

This will allow you to type in the ?Rep ID? and continue to the test. If you experience any more issues please feel free to contact our helpdesk via telephone at 1-855-306-1467 or reply via email to AssessSupport@us.ibm.com for support.
