Problem
Attempts to edit the Estimate, Correction, and Time Remaining attributes in the web UI of IBM Rational Team Concert results in the inability to edit these fields.
Symptom
You can edit "Estimate", "Correction", and "Time Remaining" attributes of a work item when using Rational Team Concert Eclipse client. However, when viewing the same work item in the web client, the following symptoms are noticed:
- When you click on these attributes to edit, they appear as inactive. You cannot edit the value of these attributes.
- The value of the attributes that were previously saved by means of the Eclipse client are not displayed in the web client. These attributes show as blank.
In addition, when you navigate to the Plans -> All Plans view in the web UI, the following error is displayed:
Planning can not be used because the Project Configuration is invalid. Check the details for further information.
The backlog iteration '/development/backlog' for the timeline development' could not be resolved.
