Problem

Attempts to run the database diagnostics in Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications results in a proxy error.

Symptom

The error is as follows:


Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /rm/service/com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.diagnostic.IDiagnosticRestService/newDiagnosticResult.

Reason: Error reading from remote server
