Attempting to view a saved PDF or Excel output causes a 404 error
message to appear in the browser

Troubleshooting


Problem

The following error appears after clicking on a PDF or Excel saved output in Cognos Connection: "404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
