Problem
Attempting to start Apache HTTPD or IHS that uses the Cognos Business Intelligence module, the web server refuses to start and displays error message: Cannot load /opt/IBM/cognos/c10_64/cgi-bin/mod2_2cognos.so into server: libhttpdap2_stub.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
