Environment
Windows Server 2012:
- SQL Server 2013
- iBase User/Designer
- Analyst's Notebook
- holds the shared drive to the .ids/.idb files
Two Windows 10:
- iBase User/Designer
- Analyst's Notebook
- mapped drive to the shared drive on the Windows Server 2012
iBase 8.9.11/ANB Windows Server 2012/Windows 10
Resolving The Problem
The first error is due to a Firewall setting on the server. Make sure and turn all your Firewall Profiles OFF.

For the second error:
To resolve this, the drive letter\path should match the drive being mapped on the Windows 10 Clients.
The D:\iBase_DB\ drive\path on the server is being used as the shared drive, so the Windows 10 clients should have a mapped drive denoted as D:\iBase_DB as well for the drive\path.
