Attempt to authenticate an agent fails with an Kerberos authentication error

Problem

An attempt to authenticate an IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT) remote agent results in an authentication error.

Symptom

Steps to reproduce: Run the group of users with Kerberos authentication from another location/agent.

Expected results: Correctly run the group of users from another location/agent.

Actual results: When running the User Group on another computer other than the local computer Kerberos ticket/authentication errors are observed and the test fails.
