Problem
Is there a way to set or define a size for Doclinks folder?
Symptom
When you are working with Attached Documents in Maximo, you may be interested whether there is any guidance on how to manage the size of the doclinks folder, and if the records should be purged after
a certain period of time or archived to another location. This could apply to cases where you are running out of space and the process to add an attachment has gotten performance consuming.
