Asynchronous MDN requests in AS2 require a Disposition-Notification-To: header to have a value

Symptom

Gentran Integration Suite, Release 4.2

Asynchronous MDN requests in AS2 require a Disposition-Notification-To: header to have a value. The AS2 wizard by default builds the profile setting this field to empty, which causes the receiver of the message to fail.
