Troubleshooting
Problem
No Rows are returned when selecting a DEFAULT Query that contains " order by" in the where clause.
Symptom
1. Go to> Administration> Resource> Labor and Create a saved query in the labor application that will return results (Default Skill Level, etc) and Enter
2. Click on on the arrow next to the Advanced Search and select where clause. Add the following at the end of the query: order by laborcode and then click OK. Save the Query (fill in the name of the query (ie. Ordered by Laborcode ) and then select PUBLIC.
3. Go to> Work Orders>Assignment Manager and click the "Select Labor Query" button.
4. Choose the above saved query you created.
5. Confirm that Assignment Manager displays the results in the labor list (notice that the labor is now alphabetical).
6. Click the "Select Labor Query" button again. Check the "Default" box next to the query that was executed in the previous step and click OK.
7. Leave the Assignment Manager application and come back into it.
The Labor Query will not default and no records will come up upon re-entering the Assignment Manager application.
