Problem
Must gather info before opening a case with the GSC:
Assessment Results Score is not displaying within the Applicant Tracking System
What is the test taker id?
Have you confirmed that the test has been completed?
Have you checked with the ATS provider to confirm any possible issue within the ATS side?
Candidate did not receive assessment invitation email:
Confirmation that the email address was correct?
Have you checked the email correspondence within Talent Suite?
Was the box within Assess to send to the candidate checked?
