Troubleshooting
Problem
When transferring ASCII files between IBM Sterling Connect:Direct for Unix and IBM Sterling Connect Direct for z/OS with Vietnamese characters, the Vietnamese characters are not translated correctly. The transfer is being performed via non-binary transfer from mainframe to midrange.
