Question
When I run the DB2® Content Manager OnDemand for z/OS® ARSLOAD program, my job completes with RCODE03000, or the message: IEF142I ARSLOAD STEP1 ARSLOAD - STEP WAS EXECUTED - COND CODE 3000 The job is loading a large file.
Cause
The 3000 condition code is caused by a timeout on the job.
Answer
Put TIME=NOLIMIT on the JOB card to allow the job more time to run, and the job should complete. You can also try a time long enough to allow the job to complete if you don't want to use NOLIMIT, for instance, TIME=300 (5 hours).
