"Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow ... ScrollableControl" when scrolling the logs (inside the FAP client GUI)

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches the FAP client ("IBM Cognos FAP"). User clicks on the tab 'Logs'. User scrolls up and down the window (so as to see all the logs). An error appears.

Symptom

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
