Problem

The Apply program in DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows V9.7 Fix Pack 10 fails with SQL0206N when a column name is greater than 30 characters.

Symptom

ASN1001E APPLY "APP1" : "WorkerThread". The Apply program encountered an SQL error. The ERRCODE is "C40101". The SQLSTATE is "42703". The SQLCODE is "-206". The SQLERRM is "LONG_LONG_LONG_LONG_LONG_COLUMN_NA". The SQLERRP is "SQLNQ075". The server name is "". The table name is "DB2ADMIN.TAB1".
