Problem
I installed IBM SPSS Statistics 19 on Windows OS. When I start IBM SPSS Statistics 19, I receive the following message: 'This application has failed to start, because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstall of the application may fix this problem.' Alternatively, when I installed IBM SPSS Statistics 19 or above on a Windows 2003 server and start Statistics 19 or above, I receive the following message: "Application failed to initialize properly" What could cause these problems and how can I resolve them?
