Application hangs or get a 'Cannot empty the clipboard' error

Problem

a) When trying to create an Active Form from the Cube Viewer (using the 'Active Form' button), the application hangs. OR b) If connected to the TM1 Server using Perspectives, open a worksheet, right click in it, and select 'Insert Active Form', select view to use, then you get a 'Cannot empty the clipboard' error, but the active form still comes up. Collapsing/expanding rows in the active form, you continue repeatedly getting this error, however after clicking 'OK' for the error, the Active Form still appears to work ok with the exception of this error that keeps popping up.
