Problem
IBM Content Manager (CM) eClient and IBM Content Navigator (ICN) behave differently when opening multiple documents from multiple browser sessions. The eClient viewer will open multiple documents within the same IE window, eventhough the files have been opened from seperate browser sessions. However, the ICN viewer will open a new window for each document of each browser session.
Resolving The Problem
There is a way to have multiple documents open in the same window when accessing the documents from multiple ICN sessions in multiple browsers.
The best way to achieve this is by opening a second search in the same browser session and in this way the same window will be used.
