API Connect v2018 to v10 form factor Migration and OVA upgrade error during import of CSV

Troubleshooting


Problem

When migrating form factors to OVA, users might see errors during the import of the CSV, if the new ISO is not generated using the same encryption secret that was used on the previous version.

Symptom

Try populating public_key_jwk in keystore for id nnnnnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnnnnnnnnnn
