  * and Db2 resources that could                                 *
  * potentially interfere with online                            *
  * migration processing.                                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  A new DISPLAY BLOCKERS command and a new BLOCKING_THREADS
  user-defined table function are now available to identify
  long-running threads that hold locks/claims against any
  specified databases, especially DSNDB06 (the Db2 catalog)
  and DSNDB01 (the Db2 directory).

• The output of the DISPLAY BLOCKERS command and the
  BLOCKING_THREADS user-defined table function can be used
  to identify applications and activities that might interfere
  with online migrations. With this report information,
  customers can decide on the path that would best help them
  achieve their migration needs:
  1) Fix the identified application(s) and verify that they
     have become compatible with migration activities.
  2) Plan migrations to take place during windows when the
     identified applications and activities are not
     running.
  3) Recognize that the system is incompatible with online
     migration and schedule an outage.
