Error description

• This is Feature Pack 03 Fix Pack 01 for z/VM 7.4. It contains
  fixes for the following problems:
  
  1. OSH device stuck attached to SYSTEM after VSWITCH SWITCHOVER
  fails

  OSH device stuck attached to SYSTEM after VSWITCH SWITCHOVER
  fails

  After deleting and redefining a VSWITCH using OSH devices and
  then performing a SWITCHOVER, connectivity is not restored and
  one of the devices remains attached to SYSTEM while no longer
  being associated with a VSWITCH.
  

Problem conclusion

• OSH device stuck attached to SYSTEM after VSWITCH SWITCHOVER
  fails
  ------------------------------------------------------------
  A problem was found in a function that connects the structures
  for a VSWITCH uplink OSH device and corrected. A similar problem
  was corrected in the OSD path to avoid potential issues there.
