Error description

• Enhancement to the RACF RACUT200 and RACUT400 utilities to allow
  the utilities to run without the need for manual interaction.
  
  The RACF RACUT200 and RACUT400 utilites are being enhanced to
  allow the execution of the utilies to be automated.  The
  enhancement to the utiliies will allow the utilities to be run
  from a REXX EXEC without manual intervention by passing the
  required inputs in via the RACUT200 and RACUT400 command lines.

  This is the APAR for z/VM 7.4 RACF Feature Pack 2.  As such it
  contains the following new function:
  
  Enhancement to the RACF RACUT200 and RACUT400 utilities to allow
  the utilities to run without the need for manual interaction.
  The RACUT200 and RACUT400 utilities currently operate in
  interactive mode and wait for user input.

•      Enhancements have been made to the RACF RACUT200 and
  RACUT400 utilities so that the utilities no longer require user
  input when being run.  The RACUT200 and RACUT400 utilities now
  accept as command line arguments all required input.
       The updated RACUT200 and RACUT400 utilites are documented
  in z/VM 7.4.0 in RACF Security Server Systems Programmer's Guide
  (SC24-6312-74) available at the z/VM web site
