Error description

• This APAR contains post-GA fixes for the IBM Z17 and LinuxOne 5
  Support.
  
  This contains fixes for the following problems:
  1. Error message HCPSWU2832E incorrect for OSH device
  2. IQG001 abend when CSCH takes too long
  3. Packet and Byte counters for EQDIO incorrect on Q VSWITCH
  4. QDIO throughput fields go to 0 in PERFKIT
  5. Traffic not flowing across Hipersockets guest LAN
  6. HCP3228I sometimes shows 0000 for device address
  7. Code was added to take a channel log on VQF002 abends.
  This log can be used by hardware service personnel to better
  debug QDIO errors while running under QIOASSIST.
