Error description

• New function:
  
  HCD added support for the following coupling limits on IBM
  processor type-model 9175:
  384 --> 512 CF CHPIDs can be defined for Metis
  (ICP,CS5,CL5,CS6,CL6)
  32  --> 64 adapters can be defined for Metis (CL5, CL6)
  4   --> 8 CF CHPIDs can be defined on HCA port (CS5, CL5, CL6)
  8   --> 16 CHPIDs per adapter can be defined for Metis (CS5,
  CL5, CL6)
  
  If attempting to define more than 4 CHPIDs to a port without
  applying this PTF, MSGCBDG613 is raised:
  CBDG613I Maximum number 4 of CL5 channel paths that can be
  defined to the same port aaaa.pp of processor PROC will be
  exceeded.
  
  If attempting to define more than 8 CHPIDs to an adapter without
  applying this PTF, MSGCBDG538I is raised:
  CBDG538I Maximum number 8 of CS5 channel paths that can be
  defined to the same adapter 04 of processor MET will be
  exceeded.
