Error description

• During system initialization there is an unexpected condition
  initializing storage that leads to an HTT001 ABEND.
  This occurs in module HCPPTE.

  With VM66713 applied, an HTT001 abend may be taken during
  system initialization.  During system initialization the
  system config and ipl parameters are processed.  Part of
  this processing is to reorganize the zones of frames to
  meet the desired memory configuration.  This reorganization
  has an intermediary step that does not use the proper
  designation (usage marker) for these frames.  This improper
  designation during reorganization causes logic to make an
  incorrect assumption that the frames are on a global
  available list which ultimately leads to an HTT001 abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• To avoid a possible HTT001 abend with VM66713 applied, the
  proper designation (usage marker) was applied to the
  intermediary step of the initialization code; Module HCPISM
  was updated.
