  When APAR VM66678 is installed on z/VM 7.3, the %Susp value
  on the Processor Log (FCX304) report is not correct.

• APAR VM66678 adds support for the Warning Track Interruption
  Facility to z/VM. This support includes a new monitor value
  indicating the time held in successful Warning Track Interrupt
  suspend for each logical processor.
  
  On the z/VM Performance Toolkit "Processor Log" report
  (FCX304 PRCLOG), %Susp does not include Warning Track
  Interrupt suspend time if the Warning Track Interrupt
  suspend time is reported in the monitor data.
