Error description

• A new CMS password/key management utility, KEYVAULT, is
  provided. KEYVAULT allows applications to securely store and
  retrieve user ID keys (logon passwords). These keys could be
  used for data transfers (such as using FTP/FTPS) or automated
  login procedures.

  This APAR introduces a new CMS password/key management
  utility called KEYVAULT, which allows applications to securely
  store and retrieve user ID keys (logon passwords), which are
  maintained in encrypted form in a KEYVAULT database file.

• The following changes are implemented by the updates provided
  via this APAR:
  
  * The KEYVAULT MODULE utility function is introduced, which
    provides the described secure password/key storage function.

     added.
  
  Updates to the DMSMES REPOS part:

     the above-listed part changes.
