Error description

• Display the date and time of the next Monitor sample interval in
  the QUERY MONITOR SAMPLE response.

  This APAR adds the date and time of the next Monitor sample
  interval to the QUERY MONITOR SAMPLE response. The response line
  that displays the monitor sample status is extended with the
  word NEXT followed by the date, in the issuer's DATEFORMAT, and
  time is that status is ACTIVE, SUSPENDED, or PENDING. This
  provides the date and time that the next sample will start being
  collected, if SAMPLE is ACTIVE at that time.
