Error description

• To enable High Performance Ficon I/O to be exploited by guests
  with non full-pack minidisks, support is being added in this
  area for the Prefix, Prefix Read, and Transfer CRC Offset Block
  DCWs, the Write Data and Read with Count Checks Locate operation
  codes, and the Write Update Data and Read Data MT imbedded CCWs.
