Error description

• Some error conditions of the VARY ON RDEV command did not
  properly handle a data area address with VM66386 applied.
  This resulted in an HTT001 abend when this data area was
  released back to the system.

  With VM66386 applied a certain VARY ON error case improperly
  handled a data area address leading to an HTT001 abend when
  that memory was released.
  

Problem conclusion

  updated to properly handle and release the data area
  correctly.
