• During VMRELOCATE (LGR) operation for a guest in an SSI cluster,
  an RLT002 abend can occur.

  During VMRELOCATE (LGR) operation for a guest in an SSI
  cluster, an RLT002 abend can occur and not enough
  information is in the dump for debugging.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new message will be displayed to tell the customer to
  get a vmdump of the guest and send that in instead of
  taking a soft abend because that does not contain the
  guest page needed for debugging.
