  The customer does the following scenario with FLASHCOPY commands
  and ends up receiving error message HCPNFC2459E:

  flashcopy withdraw target 701 force
  RELATIONSHIP WITHDRAWN
  READY; T=0.01/0.01 14:50:41

  flashcopy withdraw target 700 force
  RELATIONSHIP WITHDRAWN
  READY; T=0.01/0.01 14:50:57

  flashcopy 700 0 end to 701 0 end savelabel
  HCPNFC2459E UNABLE TO READ OR VERIFY THE CURRENT VOLUME LABEL ON
  0701.
  READY(02459); T=0.01/0.01 14:51:18

  Due to the FLASHCOPY WITHDRAW commands the device ends up in a
  long busy wait condition and the subsequent label read issued
  for the FLASHCOPY SAVELABEL command fails because it does not
  wait for the long busy condition to end.
  

Problem conclusion

• FLASHCOPY SAVELABEL command processing was modified to allow the
  READ LABEL CCW to wait for any device busy condition to end so
  it can complete successfully.
