*                 z/VM V7.1 data.                              *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Collect for z/VM issues a       *
*                      MSGCKV157I when running on z/VM V7.1,   *
*                      zSecure Manager for RACF z/VM reports   *
*                      a '>6.4' value in the OSLVL field       *
*                      (newlist/report type SYSTEM).           *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *

The fix for this APAR provides:
 - z/VM V7.1 toleration support for zSecure Collect for z/VM so
   that no MSGCKV157I which begins with the text "Unsupported VM
   release..." is issued.
 - zSecure Manager for RACF z/VM reports a '7.1' value in the
   OSLVL field (newlist/report type SYSTEM) when processing
   data from z/VM V7.1.
