Error description
This APAR contains updates for the SMAPI VSWITCH query and SMCFGDM EXEC will be enhanced. . This APAR contains updates for two problems: 1. The EXEC which executes Virtual_Network_Vswitch_Query_Byte_Stats API was inadvertently omitted from the z/VM 7.1 GA build. This EXEC is now restored via this APAR. 2. The SMCFGDM EXEC has been enhanced. This EXEC is used to configure DirMaint so that DirMaint is in sync with SMAPI. The newly configured DirMaint is then ready to be used as the SMAPI directory manager. SMCFGDM EXEC will now include a recommendation for how many Dirmaint Datamove Machines ought to be defined based on the SMAPI configuration.
