  RSCS 710 now includes a new Query command operand.  Query
  System SERVice will display the last APAR applied to the
  parts included in the RSCS LOADLIB.  If no APARs have been
  applied the word BASE will appear.  Users may also list their
  own updates in place of the IBM APAR or BASE level. To do this,
  replace the word BASE or the APAR number in the part you have
  modified with your own fix number.  The following is an
  example from part DMTAXM.  Only 1 APAR or fix number will
  display.
